Abstract
Cloxacillin-induced cholestasis was diagnosed with the help of the macrophage inhibition factor and mast-cell degranulation tests. The simultaneous occurrence of both immediate type as well as cell-mediated hypersensitivity to the drug suggested that a defect in the histamine-induced suppressor cells may underly this cloxacillin-induced allergic reaction. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
