Abstract

From an ethanolic extract of damiana (fumera diffusa Willd.) triacontane, β-sitosterol, hexacosanol–1 and 5–hydroxy–1,3',4'-trimethoxy-flavone, were isolated. In the essential oil not p-cymene, 1,8–cineol were detected.
