Abstract
Summary: Five cases of unilateral renal angiomyolipoma seen in Chinese patients in Hong Kong are reported. The clinical manifestations are reviewed in 57 cases which included 52 collected in the literature. The predominant features are pain (73.7 %), haematuria (26.3 %) and the presence of a loin mass (42.1%).Among various investigative procedures, renal angiogram is probably the most useful. We would like to thank Professor G. B. Ong, Dr T. B. Teoh and Dr K. T. Tham for their kind assistance in the study of these cases. Keywords
