Abstract
The energy levels of the nucleus are described in terms of the single-particle Nilsson model. The known negative-parity levels are fitted into three rotational bands, and the location of other levels is predicted on the basis of a determination of the nuclear potential parameters. The spectroscopic factors for levels in the ground-state band are compared with the calculated values. Further checks of the model are proposed.
