Abstract

Human C'3 has been resolved into 2 factors, C'_a and C'_b. These factors acted in the order C'_a, C'_b, in the conversion of EAhuC'_A to E∗. Formation and decay of a new intermediate complex between sensitized erythrocytes and human complement, EAhuC'_B has been demonstrated.
