Abstract
A complementary logic circuit with Josephson junctions has been investigated theoretically and experimentally. This paper will discuss a circuit with a measured risetime of 100 ps, a power dissipation of 16.4 μW, with the flip-flop operated with a 1500-MHz input signal.Keywords
