Stuttering produces complete inhibition, or reduction, or reinforcement of voluntary flexorextensor movements of the hands and feet at the time of the speech block. Stuttering is probably associated with a generalized motor blocking. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2006 APA, all rights reserved)Keywords
