MOS compatible, all-capacitor biquadratic active filters

Abstract

An analog active filter design method is proposed, using only integrating amplifiers and ratioed capacitors. The design is suitable for monolithic implementation, particularly in MOS technology. Experimental results demonstrate the circuits' performance at high frequencies.
