Abstract
An improved method allows fixing attached cells of benthic Heterostigina depressa for transmission electron microscopy without direct handling. Cells are grown on coverslips and fixed, dehydrated and embedded thereon. After polymerization, the coverslips are burst by dipping into liquid air.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
