Abstract
Glycoside H2, C56H92O25, [.alpha.]D -25.9.degree. (MeOH), which causes marked potentiation of the effect of NGF (nerve growth factor), was isolated from Bei-Wujiapi (the cortex of Periploca sepium) and its chemical structure was established to be .DELTA.5-pregnene-3.beta.,16.alpha.,20.alpha.-triol-3-O-[2-O-acetyl-.beta.-D-digitalopyranosyl(1 .fwdarw. 4)-.beta.-D-cymaropyranoside]-20-O-[.beta.-D-glucopyranosyl(1 .fwdarw. 6)-.beta.-D-glucopyranosyl(1 .fwdarw. 2)-.beta.-D-digitalopyranoside].This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
