Abstract
The possible capacity of apomorphine to reverse the decline in male rat copulatory behavior after castration was investigated. Dopaminergic receptor activation is capable of inducing copulatory behavior in non-copulating castrated rats deprived of testosterone. Dopaminergic neurotransmission might play a role in mediating testosterone activation of copulatory behavior in the castrated rat.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
