Further Studies of the Effects of Raw Soya Flour on the Rat Pancreas

Abstract
Rats were fed partial diets of raw soya flour. The full pancreatic effects of soya flour, including the development of pancreatic cancer, were observed with diets containing only 25% raw soya flour or when soya flour was restricted to 2 days per week. Soya flour appears to promote pancreatic cancer induced by an exogenous carcinogen.
