Abstract
Schools of social work seek to influence individuals to apply for admission to graduate study in social work through a variety of recruitment efforts. In order to provide some direction for these efforts, a survey was conducted of 607 individuals who sought admission to a single school of social work inquiring about influences on the decision to apply. The results provide data on the differential merits of various recruitment approaches. Keywords
