Abstract
The interparticle-coordinates method given by Pluvinage and Walsh for helium and lithium atoms has been developed to apply to excitons bound to ionized donors. Good agreement with experiment for CdSe has been obtained. In these calculations the effect of the polarizability has been taken into account. This method can easily be generalized to apply to other exciton complexes of more than three particles. Keywords
