Abstract
Observations of 215 antenatal consultations revealed that women receive little information about routine screening tests for fetal abnormality, particularly fetal anomaly scans. In this article, the reasons for the lack of information provided about ultrasound scans and the consequences of this for women are discussed. Keywords
