Abstract
Small-vessel vasculitis may be a paraneoplastic syndrome. It may be associated with haematologic malignancies and less frequently with solid tumors. We describe a patient with myelodysplastic syndrome presenting as Henoch-Schönlein Purpura. To our knowledge this association has not previously reported.Keywords
