Abstract
Two‐photon cross sections of neat benzene and methyl substituted benzenes at various wavelengths for selective excitation were measured by two‐photon induced fluorescence spectra for the first time. The results show that the two‐photon rate increases rapidly with the frequency of the photon. Keywords
