Abstract
A weak-turbulence theory of parametric instabilities in the electron-cyclotron frequency range in ELMO-bumpy-torus plasmas is developed. Parametric turbulence levels of excited modes are evaluated for principal- and second-electron-cyclotron-harmonic-resonance layers. It is shown that short-wavelength parametric turbulence may play a significant role in contemporary experiments of ELMO-bumpy-torus plasmas. Keywords
