Inflammatory aneurysm of the abdominal aorta is an uncommon pathologic entity that presents a significant challenge to the vascular surgeon. Our experience with eight such patients forms the basis for this summary of the clinical presentation, radiologic findings and operative approach to this problem. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
