Abstract
There was an 8.3% incidence of transient bacteremia caused by Escherichia coli and Bacteroides fragilis (3 of 36 patients) immediately after hemorrhoidectomy. The single patient who had concomitant proctoscopy had negative cultures.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
