Abstract
The latroscan TH-10 Analyser was evaluated for the rapid, quantitative and automatic analyses of lipid samples by thin-layer chromatography. The separations were accomplished on TLC rods (Chromarods), programmed automatically through the flame ionization detector of the Analyser. The relative quantities of lipids in the sample were displayed on a strip chart recorder and the areas measured by an electronic integrator. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
