Abstract
A case of generalized lichen myxedematosus has been presented with special studies demonstrating the presence of an abnormal, extremely basic globulin in both serum and skin. It is postulated that lichen myxedematosus may be a skin manifestation of a plasma cell dyscrasia.Keywords
