Abstract

A report is given on the NSF funded Computers and Society Workshop held in Williamsburg, Virginia, July 17-19, 1978. An approach to a taxonomy, preliminary course recommendations, and possible approaches to presenting computer information to the general public are discussed. Background on the project, including the development of a bibliography, and future plans are outlined.
