Abstract
We report two cases of acute renal failure following paracetamol (acetaminophen) poisoning. Both received adequate treatment with N-acetyl cysteine and neither showed any evidence of fulminant liver damage, yet acute renal failure due to tubular necrosis developed.Keywords
