Abstract
The development of photosensitive detectors for wavelengths greater than 1700 Å has led to investigations into the properties of photoionizable gaseous mixtures and photosensitive deposits which could be used as photocathodes in gas multiplication counters. The results for TMAE are presented together with those corresponding to various natural deposits and layer structures associated with CsI.Keywords
