Pseudo-Kayser-Fleischer Ring of the Cornea Associated with Non-Wilsonian Liver Disease

Abstract
The Kayser-Fleischer ring of the cornea is usually considered a pathognomonic finding of Wilson's disease. A case of a Kayser-Fleischer ring associated with non-Wilsonian liver disease is presented. The pathophysiology of copper deposition in the cornea and the differential diagnosis of this rare finding are discussed.
