Abstract
Proton-proton and proton-neutron quasielastic scattering-process contributions were measured simultaneously at a proton energy of 12 MeV with , . The ratio of the peak cross sections was found to be 2.0 ± 0.2, while the simple impulse approximation predicts . No Coulomb effects were found to be significant.
