Abstract
A successful technique for performing left adrenalectomy is described. A retrospective review of patients undergoing left adrenalectomy through a flank incision at our institution revealed a mean 5 day post-operative stay. Our patient was discharged within 24 h of surgery without complications. Laparoscopic left adrenalectomy may offer advantages to standard resection techniques. Keywords
