Abstract
The authors, using the aldehyde-fuchsin method of Gomori, established the 1st appearance of neurosecretory substance (n.s.s.) in the fetal life of the cow. At the gestational age of 3 months, visible granular substance was noted in the magno-cellular nucleic cells of the hypo-thalamus and in the neural stalk of the neurohypophysis. The aldehyde-fuchsin positive granulation became more apparent in the later stage of development. Keywords
