Goldenhar's syndrome associated with anomalous internal auditory meatus

Abstract
A girl with Goldenhar''s syndrome associated with 5th, 7th and 8th cranial nerve involvement is described. Tomographic examination of the temporal bones showed evidence of an abnormal internal auditory meatus. Otoneurological examination suggested that involvement of the 7th and 8th nerves was closely related to the internal auditory meatus abnormality.
