Abstract
SU(n)×U(1) gauge fields on CPn are constructed in a gauge where the connection is expressed in so(n−1). The (anti)self-duality relations satisfied by these fields are given, and the 2n-dimensional gauge field systems whose Bogomolnyi bounds are saturated by these are discussed. Other gauge field systems, not endowed with topological lower bounds, are also discussed. The analogy between all these gauge field systems on CPn and S2n is highlighted. Keywords
