Abstract
Plethysmograph measurements made on 74 infants, 47 sleeping, indicate that the method is practical and accurate as applied to the newborn, and also that the degree of gradual day-to-day lung expansion cannot be estimated satisfactorily if only a few measurements of this rate of breathing and minute volume are taken into consideration, since these vary widely from day to day. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
