Abstract

{}^{16}O (t, p)

E_{t} = 15

MeV, sixteen angular distributions were measured for states to

E_{x} = 7.1

MeV. Comparison with distorted-wave Born approximation calculations using empirical wave functions has been made, enabling extraction of absolute normalizations. Twenty-one higher-lying levels have had their excitation energies determined.
