Abstract
Summary: When rabbits are injected with very small amounts of I131-iodo-ovalbumin (0.01 to 0.05 mg per kg body weight), the highest concentration of the antigen is found in the proteins of the lung. The intracellular distribution in liver and spleen is the same as that when the dose is 1000 times higher, most of the antigen being deposited in the cytoplasmic granules. Keywords
