Abstract
Radiation injuries of the lung are well recognised complications of radiotherapy for malignant disease of the thorax (Gross, 1977). Studies of combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy for small cell carcinoma of the lung have shown an increased incidence of radiation damage compared with either therapy alone (Roswit & White, 1977; Feld, 1981).Keywords
