Abstract
Expressions are given for the part of the radiative corrections to the process which are asymmetric in the cosine of the scattering angle. These corrections are compared with the correction due to the exchange of a neutral vector meson expected in some gauge theories. Given these results it is easy to determine what result should be expected from a measurement of if the gauge theories are correct (or incorrect). This result will be independent of any unknown parameters of the gauge theory. The effects of the neutral vector meson on the reaction are also given.
