Fenestrated basilar artery with an associated saccular aneurysm

Abstract
A patient who presented with a subarachnoid hemorrhage had a saccular aneurysm arising from the proximal basilar artery. The aneurysm was bilobed, directed anteriorly and inferiorly and associated with a proximal fenestrated segment of the basilar artery.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
