Abstract
An explicit antisymmetric spatial wave function for the nucleons in the quark model is constructed which yields a form factor in reasonable agreement with the experimental data. One consequence is that it is not necessary on the basis of the present data to discard Fermi statistics for the quarks in a single triplet model. Keywords
