Abstract
In 3 dogs in whom a fistula was created between the systemic and pulmonary circulation, severe pulmonary vascular changes rarely found in dogs analogous to the more severe grades of hypertensive pulmonary vascular disease in humans were found after 4 years on histological postmortem examination.Keywords
