Abstract
The magnetic properties of NdxFe1−x (0.04≤x≤0.09) amorphous thin films were studied in the temperature range 1.5–300 K at H=7 T. It was found that in these films the asperomagnetic and speromagnetic structures existed. The effective magnetic moment per Nd atom varied from 1.2 μB to 1.06 μB, and the distribution angle 2ψ0 of neodymium moment from 210° to 222° corresponding to x=0.04 to 0.90. The magnetic moment of iron atom also varied from 2.1 μB to 1.2 μB.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
