Evidence for atypical depression in Parkinson's disease

Abstract
The Research Diagnostic Criteria were applied to 16 depressed patients with Parkinson''s disease and 20 depressed multiple sclerosis patients. Diagnoses of anxiety and panic disorder were significantly more frequent among the patients with Parkinson''s disease.
