Abstract
Molecular dynamics is applied to the title problem. It is shown how the methodology for solution reactions easily allows for a detailed study of the interchange, which has a rather complex character with unexpected dynamical features. The methodology can be applied with equal ease to cases with very different lifetimes including those with strongly bound shells. Keywords
