Abstract
Patients (43) underwent femoropopliteal bypass grafting with stabilized umbilical vein for limb salvage or severely disabling claudication. The reported patency rate of 78% at 2 yr suggests that stabilized umbilical vein is a satisfactory replacement when the saphenous vein is unavailable. Whether or not it is as satisfactory as saphenous vein has yet to be determined. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
