Abstract
Following priming in vivo, a secondary cytotoxic response to TNP modified syngeneic [mouse] lymphocytes could be generated by restimulation in vivo or in vitro. The secondary effectors generated in vivo showed H-2 restricted cytotoxicity; only TNP modified syngeneic targets were lysed. The secondary effectors generated in vitro lysed TNP modified syngeneic targets and TNP modified congenic targets which differ only at the major histocompatibility complex. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
