Abstract
The phase diagram of quasi-1D conductors in magnetic field is derived. We perform a microscopic calculation of the Ginzburg-Landau free energy coefficients. They exhibit a novel behaviour as a function of field. As a result, different regimes of SDW ordering appear with increasing field, corresponding to different types of quantized nesting. This description may account for nearly all the available experimental data in (TMTSF)2ClO4Keywords
