Abstract
The technique of combined scapular/parascapular reconstruction of the below-knee stump wound allows three-dimensional contouring of fasciocutaneous tissue into a conical shape. The flap can supply durable cover to the circumference of the stump with good functional results. This technique should be considered for reconstruction of extensive circumferential defects of the below-knee stump. Keywords
