Approximate Koba-Nielsen-Olesen scaling and QCD

Abstract
We describe a model for Koba-Nielsen-Olesen scaling and scaling violations which incorporates certain QCD results. The scaling violations it predicts are such that multiplicity distributions in hadronic collisions become increasingly narrow, as one goes from CERN collider energy ( GeV) to Fermilab Tevatron energy ( GeV).
