Abstract
Although sacral agenesis usually leads to severe urologic disease at an early age, a 42 year old man is described, whose disorder was discovered incidentally during evaluation of hematuria. A severely trabeculated "neurogenic" bladder was associated with the sacral agenesis, but the upper urinary tracts were normal.Keywords
