Abstract
During the past four years, the Consumers Power Company has been making studies of surge voltages on its 140-kv. system in Michigan. Previous Institute papers have summarized the results of these investigations up to the end of 1926. This paper describes the system, outlines the studies made during the summer of 1927, and presents the results obtained during that season. Keywords
