Abstract
Peroral methyl testosterone administered to 3 adult eunuchs and 1 boy of 10 exhibiting eunuchoid characteristics gave results comparable with those obtained with testosterone propionate. The dosage by mouth was approx. 31/2 times the intramusc. dose. Continued therapy required progressively increasing dosage. Its use was usually accompanied by a gain in wt. and an elevation in B.M.R. Methyl testosterone offers a simple and economical medium for the adm. of [male] hormone. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
